Job Title Senior Creative Designer Location Haldwani Onsite Salary 45 000 - 60 000 per month Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are looking for a talented experienced and highly creative Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work excellent visual communication skills and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual solutions across digital and print media Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print collateral including branding marketing campaigns social media websites ads brochures packaging and presentations Lead design execution from concept through delivery while maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing content product and development to support project requirements Understand target audiences and translate strategic objectives into visually compelling design Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively Stay up-to-date with design trends tools and best practices Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design direction Required Skills Qualifications 5 years of experience in creative design preferably in agency or brand environment Strong portfolio demonstrating strong visualization typography layout and conceptual design skills Expert knowledge of design software Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma Sketch Experience with motion graphics video editing UI UX design tools preferred but not required Solid understanding of branding color theory composition and design principles Excellent communication time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting Must have your own system laptop desktop Preferred Experience in digital advertising and social media content creation Knowledge of HTML CSS WordPress a plus Experience working with international global brands What We Offer Competitive salary within the range of 45 000 - 60 000 per month Learning and development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
