Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our architectural team The ideal candidate will assist in the design planning and development of architectural projects from concept to completion You will work closely with senior architects and other professionals to support various design initiatives and project documentation Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings renderings presentations and construction documents Support in concept development and schematic design processes Conduct site visits research zoning regulations and assist with building code analysis Collaborate with senior architects and consultants to meet project deadlines and quality standards Use software tools such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation tasks Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed Help in preparing permit and tender documentation Maintain accurate project records and assist in document control Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch 1-3 years of relevant architectural experience internships included Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Strong design and visualization skills Good understanding of construction drawings and building systems Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus Excellent communication organization and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced architectural setting Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Total 1 year Required Work Location In person
