We are a quick-growing home massage and wellness startup providing professional spa and therapy services at customers homes We are expanding quickly and looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to support our booking and inquiry team Job Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and explain massage services pricing Make outbound calls to leads and convert them into bookings Coordinate appointments between clients and therapists Maintain records follow-ups and daily call logs Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polite tone Share promotional offers and packages with clients Requirements Good communication skills Hindi English Odia local languages Basic knowledge of phone handling WhatsApp CRM apps Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred not mandatory Positive attitude patience and professionalism Ability to convince and close bookings Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
