Project Role Engineering Services Lead Project Role Description Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time at the right quality and cost Work across engineering specializations including manufacturing electrical or mechanical engineering structural and stress design qualification configuration and technical management Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects Must have skills Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Positive to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Engineering Services Lead you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines ensuring quality standards are met and fostering collaboration among various engineering disciplines including manufacturing electrical and mechanical engineering You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project delivery ensuring that all engineering solutions are executed efficiently and effectively Roles Responsibilities 1 Technical Leadership Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of custom widgets using the 3DEXPERIENCE Web App Framework WAF Drive integration of widgets with ENOVIA 3DSpace 3DSearch and other platform services through REST APIs Define and enforce coding standards UI UX guidelines and best practices for 3DEXPERIENCE widget development Conduct technical reviews ensure performance optimization and maintain platform compatibility across releases 2 Team Project Management Supervise a team of widget developers provide technical mentorship task allocation and skill development Manage development sprints priorities and delivery timelines following Agile Scrum practices Collaborate with Solution Architects Business Analysts and PLM consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Ensure timely delivery of high-quality well-tested code and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle 3 Collaboration Innovation Work closely with Dassault Systems framework to troubleshoot platform or API issues Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing widgets and overall user experience Keep abreast of 3DEXPERIENCE platform updates APIs and emerging technologies to guide future development strategies Professional Technical Skills 1 Must Have Skills Proficiency in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Widget customization 2 Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6 HTML5 CSS3 and frameworks such as Vue React Node 3 Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs - ENOVIA 3DSpace 3DSearch and Web App Framework WAF 4 Solid understanding of RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and data handling within 3DEXPERIENCE 5 Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies Git Jira and CI CD tools e g Jenkins 6 Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills 7 Excellent communication and leadership abilities Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization and experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform -Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE customization and integration projects -Exposure to ENOVIA configurations collaborative spaces and security access control setup - good to have -Knowledge of UX UI design principles for enterprise web applications -Dassault Systemes certifications preferred but not mandatory -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues -Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
