Job Summary The Junior Architect will assist in the design drafting and coordination of architectural projects from concept to execution The role involves supporting the senior team in developing design proposals preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with consultants and site teams to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing concept designs presentation drawings and 3D visualizations for client discussions Develop working drawings construction details and BOQs under the guidance of senior architects Coordinate with structural MEP and interior teams to ensure design integration Support in site visits to monitor design implementation and quality of work Prepare and maintain architectural documentation - drawings schedules and material specifications Research materials products and design trends to support ongoing and future projects Participate in client meetings and record minutes or design changes as directed Assist in preparing approval drawings and submissions for statutory authorities Ensure adherence to project timelines standards and design quality requirements Requirements Must be B Arch graduate with minimum 6 months experience Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Adaptable schedule Provident Fund Application Question s Max salary for this position is 25k ctc Are you willing to further move for the interview Are you from Kochi or ready to relocate Are you a B Arch graduate Work Location In person
