The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and exhibitions This position involves overseeing in office operations coordinating with vendors and internal teams and ensuring that all activities align with project plans safety standards and client expectations Key Responsibilities 1 Project Execution Supervise site setup dismantling and logistics Translate design briefs into actionable plans Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule 2 Team Coordination Lead technicians laborers and ground staff Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities Collaborate with design production and client servicing teams 3 Vendor Material Management Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials Manage inventory and avoid overstocking 4 Compliance Safety Enforce safety protocols and venue regulations Conduct risk assessments and implement crowd control measures Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place 5 Client Interaction Act as the on-site point of contact for clients Provide regular updates and resolve issues promptly Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction 6 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily progress reports and site records Assist in post-event analysis and feedback Support future project planning with operational insights Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-4 years of experience in site supervision preferably in events or interior projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 26 910 32 per month Work Location In person
