Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects This position requires a strong background in Civil engineering along with the ability to analyze schematics and apply continuous improvement methodologies The Estimation Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids while maintaining high standards of quality Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates based on project specifications schematics and engineering drawings Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations Develop BBS BBM Finishing quantities as per specificstions and details Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance estimation processes and accuracy Utilize AutoCAD and other programming tools to create and modify technical drawings as needed Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing estimation findings and recommendations for management review Qualifications Criteria Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering and specialised course in Quantity Estimation Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with programming tools is highly desirable Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with various stakeholders Minimum 2 years of Experience in Quantity Survey and Estimation for Construction Projects Salary - 25 000 to 35 000 Job Type Full-time Call - (phone hidden) Work Location In person Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Experience Billing Estimation Engineer 1 year Required Location Gomtinagar Vistar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
