Job Summary The Line Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the daily production operations of the bottling line to ensure maximum efficiency quality and safety This role focuses on achieving production targets minimizing downtime maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring smooth operation of all filling and packaging equipment in the water or beverage manufacturing plant Key Responsibilities Plan organize and supervise all operations of the bottling production line Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are achieved Monitor the performance of filling capping labeling and packaging machines Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine repair and preventive maintenance Train and manage line operators technicians and helpers to ensure smooth workflow Enforce Hygiene Safety and GMP Good Manufacturing Practices on the production floor Maintain accurate records of production output wastage and downtime Implement process improvement initiatives to increase line efficiency and reduce losses Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards Prepare and submit daily weekly production reports to management Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Production Engineering Minimum 5-7 years of experience in water bottling beverage or FMCG production Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling or packaging lines Krones Sidel etc Strong knowledge of production planning process control and quality assurance Good leadership and team coordination skills Knowledge of ISO HACCP and Food Safety Standards is preferred Key Skills Bottling Line Operation Optimization Team Management Training Preventive Maintenance Coordination Production Planning Quality Control Process Efficiency Improvement Safety Hygiene and GMP Compliance Benefits Example Attractive Salary Package Free Accommodation Transportation Medical Insurance Coverage Job Type Full time Application Question s Are you wiling to relocate to oman Do you have passport Experience line engineer 4 years Required Work Location In person
