Job title Billing QS Engineer Civil MEP Experience 3 - 6 Years Location BENGALURU URBAN NEW DELHI Job summary We are seeking a skilled Billing QS Engineer Civil MEP with 3 to 6 years of experience to manage billing processes and cost estimation for our interior fit-out projects The role requires expertise in civil and MEP areas along with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting Key Responsibilities Billing Management Oversee and manage the entire billing process for interior fit-out projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms specific to civil and MEP aspects Cost Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials labor and equipment focused on interior fit-out projects covering both civil and MEP requirements Quantity Surveying Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and prepare precise bills of quantities for civil and MEP components of interior fit-out projects Contract Management Review and manage contracts related to interior fit-out projects ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation for civil and MEP elements Project Coordination Coordinate with site teams and clients to ensure alignment on project scope schedule and budget specifically focusing on civil and MEP works Software Proficiency Auto-CAD MS-Office Microsoft Project Primavera Revit ArchiCAD Key Requirements Experience 3-6 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying within the interior fit-out sector Education Bachelor s degree in B Tech B E with specialization in Mechanical or a relevant degree Technical Knowledge In-depth understanding of civil and MEP systems in interior fit-out projects Preferred Qualifications Certification in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management Experience with large-scale corporate interior projects What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and agile work environment Flexible hybrid work arrangement Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
