We re looking for a creative fast-thinking Videographer Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content someone who knows how to shoot edit and deliver scroll-stopping reels This is a hands-on on-ground role involving shoots at client locations conceptualising reel ideas and delivering high-quality edits consistently Key Responsibilities Videography On-Ground Shoot Shoot qualified-quality Reels for food brands fashion clients D2C products and service-based businesses Set up lighting composition product styling and scene direction Capture a mix of lifestyle product BTS and aesthetic content depending on brand style Coordinate and execute shoots at cafes restaurants stores studios and client offices Understand trends and create content that fits Instagram s native style Video Editing Edit Reels in a fast-paced environment with high-quality colour grading cuts transitions rhythm pacing Add captions motion graphics text overlays and sound sync as required Create brand-wise templates and maintain consistency across clients Deliver 10-25 reels per week depending on project load Creative Direction Brainstorm new reel concepts and pitch fresh content ideas for clients Work closely with the social media team to align scripts hooks and trends Understand each brand s aesthetic and tone to create cohesive visual identity Stay up to date with Instagram trends sounds formats and editing techniques Requirements Proven experience in videography reel editing portfolio required Strong command over DSLR Mirrorless cameras lighting setups and mobile videography Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro CapCut Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve Understanding of Instagram trends viral frameworks storytelling and transitions Ability to shoot in restaurants fashion stores outdoors and small studio setups Strong sense of aesthetics color palettes composition and pacing Ability to work under deadlines deliver consistent quality Good to Have Experience shooting with gimbal stabiliser Knowledge of basic photography Ability to edit long-form YouTube-style videos occasionally Interest in marketing storytelling and brand-led content creation What You ll Get Work with multiple premium brands across industries Creative freedom to shoot edit in your own style Fast-paced environment with learning across marketing storytelling design Opportunities to lead bigger projects as InfluCon Digitals scales Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
