Job Title Chef de Partie CDP The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen with precision and efficiency This role requires strong culinary skills attention to detail and the ability to manage junior staff while ensuring high standards of food quality consistency and hygiene Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section e g grill saute pastry larder Prepare cook and present dishes according to the restaurant s standards and recipes Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs within the section Maintain strict food hygiene safety and sanitation standards in accordance with kitchen policies Ensure all mise en place is completed to required levels before service Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef Assist in menu development recipe refinement and testing when required Ensure productive use of ingredients to minimize waste and control food costs Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and workstations Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations Ability to manage time multitask and work under pressure during busy service periods Excellent communication and leadership skills Culinary training or relevant certification is preferred Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as needed Key Competencies Leadership and mentoring skills Strong culinary knowledge Attention to detail Problem-solving and adaptability Commitment to quality and consistency Teamwork and collaborative working style Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Diploma Required Experience Food preparation 5 years Required Language English Required Hindi Required Work Location In person
