We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Technician to join our team The candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting solar PV systems for residential and commercial projects The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical work be comfortable working at heights and be able to work independently or with a team Key Responsibilities Install solar PV panels on rooftops ground mounts and other structures Perform electrical wiring conduit installation and cable management Conduct site assessments and assist in system design preparation Troubleshoot diagnose and repair solar PV system issues Perform routine maintenance and testing of solar equipment Follow safety procedures including use of PPE and fall protection Work with project managers and electricians to complete installations Ensure systems are installed according to industry standards and local codes Document installation processes and prepare service reports Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Solar Technician Installer preferred Basic understanding of solar PV system components inverters mounting structures wiring Basic electrical knowledge certifications are a plus Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work with hand tools power tools and testing equipment Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment Valid driver s license preferred Preferred Qualifications ITI Diploma in Electrical Electronics or related field Work Schedule Monday to Saturday adjust as required Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines Benefits Food and accommodation will be provided Travel allowance Weekly off Safety gear and tools provided Training and skill development Annual leave and sick leave Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Work Location In person
