Job Title HR Recruiter Location Gurgaon Job Type Full Time Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments This role requires strong interpersonal skills excellent sourcing strategies and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions Source candidates using a variety of platforms LinkedIn job boards social media referrals etc Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback throughout the recruitment cycle Maintain and update the applicant tracking system ATS and recruitment reports Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs social media campaigns and networking events Stay up to date with hiring trends and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist typically 1-3 years for entry-mid level roles Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems e g Workable Greenhouse etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
