1 Quality Management System QMS o Develop implement and maintain ISO TS AS or relevant quality management systems o Ensure compliance with internal customer and statutory quality requirements o Conduct regular audits and drive corrective and preventive actions CAPA 2 Process Product Quality Control o Oversee in-process and final inspection activities o Monitor key quality parameters rejection rate customer complaints defect ppm etc o Implement Statistical Process Control SPC and other analytical tools 3 Customer Quality o Handle customer audits feedback and complaints effectively o Ensure timely root cause analysis RCA and corrective action implementation o Maintain strong customer relationships for quality assurance and improvement 4 Supplier Quality o Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality performance o Conduct supplier audits and develop suppliers for improved quality standards 5 Continuous Improvement Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
