Job description Job Title Warehouse Head - Dhoti Shirt Garment Division Department Warehouse Logistics Location Tirupur Job Summary The Warehouse Head will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for the Dhoti and Shirt Garment Division ensuring smooth receipt storage inventory control and dispatch of goods The role focuses on efficiency accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance Key Responsibilities Manage overall warehouse operations including fabric trims and finished garments Plan and control inventory levels ensure FIFO FEFO practices Coordinate timely dispatches with production logistics and merchandising teams Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper handling and storage procedures Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile with system records Maintain warehouse cleanliness safety and compliance with company policies Prepare and present daily weekly monthly stock and dispatch reports Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage Qualifications Experience Graduate in Supply Chain Logistics Business Textile Management 5-10 years of experience in garment or textile warehouse operations Solid knowledge of WMS and SAP or warehouse management systems Proven leadership planning and team management skills Key Skills Inventory management and stock control Dispatch and logistics coordination Process optimization and space management Data analysis and reporting Team leadership and communication Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
