We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team As an SEO Executive you will be responsible for managing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website s search engine rankings increase organic traffic and drive business growth You will work closely with the SEO Manager to ensure that all SEO activities align with overall marketing objectives Key Responsibilities On-Page Optimization Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and target audiences Optimize website content metadata headings and images for search engines Implement on-page SEO best practices including internal linking and URL structure Optimize the website for mobile-first indexing and user experience UX Off-Page SEO Build high-quality backlinks through outreach guest posting and other white-hat techniques Monitor and analyze competitor backlink strategies Assist in social media strategies to support SEO efforts Technical SEO Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues e g broken links 404 errors site speed crawl errors Optimize the website s structure for better crawling and indexing by search engines Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements Content Strategy Development Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles blogs and other content formats Help refine the content strategy to align with SEO objectives Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvements Performance Tracking Reporting Use SEO tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc to monitor performance metrics Track keyword rankings organic traffic conversion rates and other SEO KPIs Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and areas for improvement Stay Updated Stay up to date with the latest trends tools and best practices in SEO Analyze and implement algorithm updates from search engines like Google Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business IT or related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role in digital marketing Strong understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz etc Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic web development practices is a plus Good understanding of website structure user experience UX and technical SEO Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Knowledge of paid search PPC strategies and how they integrate with SEO Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO practices Experience in using CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify or similar Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Key Competencies Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze SEO performance and identify areas for improvement Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to SEO challenges Adaptability Comfortable working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment Creativity Innovative mindset for finding ways to enhance online visibility and traffic Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Adaptable schedule Work from home Work Location Remote
