osition Storage Supervisor Salary - 25K to 30K Job Overview The Storage Supervisor will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our storage or warehouse facility He ll be responsible for managing inventory supervising staff promoting safety and driving process improvements efficient and safe workplace Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight Supervise daily storage operations including receiving storing and dispatching goods promptly and accurately Inventory Management Conduct physical counts and cycle counts reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory records match actual inventory Staff Supervision Lead and assign work to storage warehouse staff oversee scheduling conduct performance evaluations and support staff development Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement implement best practices SOPs or space optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with purchasing logistics procurement production or other teams to align stock levels and fulfill distribution needs efficiently Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field preferred Experience 2 years in warehouse or storage operations including previous leadership or supervisory role Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems WMS inventory software and Microsoft Office especially Excel Personal Competencies Strong leadership organizational multitasking and communication skills Keen attention to detail problem-solving mindset ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments Adaptable proactive and committed to continuous improvement and team development Additional Optional Qualifications Food industry or cold storage experience Experience managing subcontractors or third-party staff in contracted warehouse operations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
