Job Title Data Analyst Job Location Bengaluru IN Hybrid Job Duration 3 Months C2H Interview Virtual 2 rounds Role Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our BI Customer Support team The role focuses on supporting business users managing BI platform access maintaining Tableau dashboards and contributing to data modeling within a modern cloud workplace Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for BI user support resolving day-to-day queries and issues Manage and process access requests for Redshift Tableau and other BI systems Develop update and optimize Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders Work within the Medallion architecture helping define and refine Gold layer outputs Perform routine analytical tasks using SQL and Python Communicate insights issues and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users Required Skills Strong proficiency in Tableau minimum target 8 10 Solid hands-on experience with SQL ability to work with large datasets Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as Redshift Databricks or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder-support skills Preferred Experience supporting BI platforms or analytics workflows at scale Exposure to modern data engineering practices and cloud data ecosystems
