1 Daily Responsibilities Sales Revenue Tracking Collect and verify daily sales reports from the POS system Reconcile cash credit card and online payments Record any discounts refunds or voided transactions Cash Bank Transactions Handle daily cash collections and bank deposits Maintain a cash book and reconcile cash balances Process payments to vendors and suppliers Invoice Billing Management Verify and process invoices for food suppliers and other vendors Match invoices with purchase orders and record expenses Ensure all transactions have supporting documentation Petty Cash Handling Manage petty cash for minor restaurant expenses Maintain records with proper receipts and approvals 2 Weekly Responsibilities Inventory Stock Management Track purchases and expenses related to inventory Work with the purchasing department to ensure proper cost management Reconcile stock usage with financial records GST Tax Compliance Maintain proper records for GST and other tax calculations Ensure timely filing of tax reports as per regulations 3 Monthly Responsibilities Bank Reconciliation Compare restaurant financial records with bank statements Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions Ensure all bank-related transactions are recorded correctly Financial Reporting Prepare profit loss statements for management review Track expenses and suggest cost-saving measures Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts Vendor Payments Settlements Ensure supplier payments are made on time Maintain a record of outstanding payments and follow up as needed Negotiate better payment terms with vendors when necessary 4 Additional Responsibilities Assist in audits by providing accurate financial data Maintain proper documentation of financial records Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies Support management with ad hoc financial reports when required Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
