Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead sales growth manage key accounts guide the sales team and drive technical solution-based selling for fire doors passive fire protection systems and building materials This role requires strong technical understanding customer relationship management and the ability to work with contractors consultants EPC companies and PSU clients Responsibilities Provide technical explanations to customers regarding fire doors hardware passive fire protection products and relevant Indian Standards Assist customers with product selection specifications drawings and compliance documentation Maintain strong relationships with architects consultants contractors EPC companies and government buyers Conduct client meetings presentations product demos and site visits Identify new opportunities and upcoming projects in the market Coordinate internally with design production and quality teams Maintain sales reports CRM updates and customer records Skills Requirements Strong technical understanding training can be provided Ability to read drawings BOQs and specifications Good communication and customer-facing skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits Experience in building materials fire doors construction hardware industrial products or PFP solutions is preferred Salary Benefits Market-competitive salary based on experience Incentives linked to sales performance Travel and communication allowances Training and skill-development support Experience 3-6 years in Technical Industrial Construction Product Sales Qualification BE Diploma Mechanical Electrical Civil preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 27 300 93 - 67 381 90 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Technical sales 2 years Preferred Work Location Remote
