Reporting to the Manger this role will be based in Chevron s office in Bengaluru The Digital Product Owner will spearhead the development deployment and support of digital solutions for Asset Retirement AR activities within the organization This role is central to bridging technology and business ensuring efficient workflows value delivery and alignment with organizational goals The Digital Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams internal stakeholders and technical experts to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in AR processes Chevron ENGINE supports global operations and work hours are aligned to business needs Standard working hours are 8 00 AM to 5 00 PM or 1 30 PM to 10 30 PM Monday to Friday These may evolve based on operational or business requirements Key responsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of digital solutions to support AR initiatives leveraging agile methodologies and DevOps principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical peers stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption Act as the primary point of contact for AR-related digital products developing managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features that align with business objectives Gather and analyse data from multiple sources to identify insights and inform product decisions Support the main platform and assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlogs to maximize business value creation aid in trade-off decisions and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with IT resources the digital platform and teams across Chevron to ensure the integration of essential skills and operational capabilities for delivering advanced digital products Develop and present clear concise recommendations status updates and performance reports to management and stakeholders Actively engage in sprint planning providing clear details and elaborating on features and user stories to develop comprehensive requirements and success metrics Support assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to digital AR solutions About you We know our greatest role applicants should have Proven experience in product or project management preferably within digital transformation or technology-focused environments Demonstrated capability to lead both technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter who can operate under minimal supervision and provide their own input to direction and strategy Experience in asset retirement decommissioning or related fields is highly desirable Prior exposure to offshore onshore or environmental projects is an advantage Technical RequirementsProficiency in digital program concepts DevOps and agile development methodologies Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related data sources Familiarity with AR technologies digital solutions and structured project product management processes Ability to analyze complex data to drive actionable insights Strong digital awareness and aptitude for leveraging technology to solve business challenges Educational RequirementsBachelor s degree in
