Company Description About CRUX Crux Consulting Services is a growing organization in the consulting industry focused on delivering high-quality services to our clients We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to join our HR team and support our IT recruitment efforts We are seeking an HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to work closely with our recruitment team to identify attract and hire top IT talent for our organization The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and recruitment with an interest in the IT sector This is a trainee position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in IT recruitment processes Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes including job postings on job boards and social media - Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn job portals and referrals - Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements - Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and requirements - Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates - Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience - Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records - Support HR operations and other HR activities as required Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or a related field - Freshers are welcome prior internship or basic understanding of IT ITes will be an added advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of English proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory - Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools - Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field - Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory Qualifications What We Offer - A dynamic and supportive work workplace with focus on learning and development - Hands-on training in IT recruitment processes and best practices - Opportunities for growth and professional development in HR and recruitment - Stipend of 6 000 per month during the trainee period - Potential for permanent employment based on performance Additional Information Experience 0 to 1 Years
