Position Quality Assurance Location Mumbai Experience Level 2 Years Salary Up to 6 LPA Industry Hotel Hospitality Reporting To Quality Manager Site Head About the Role - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to ensure the highest standards of hygiene food safety and compliance across our hospitality operations The role involves managing audits monitoring microbiological results ensuring ISO HACCP compliance and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain quality benchmarks This is a hands-on position that requires keen attention to detail strong knowledge of hygiene protocols and the ability to implement corrective actions swiftly Key Responsibilities - Audit Compliance Manage various internal and external audits ensuring compliance with specific client and regulatory requirements Prepare review and retain Hygiene Audit Reports implement corrective measures for discrepancies Liaise with site representatives to ensure compliance with ISO HACCP and food safety standards Microbiological Hygiene Monitoring Analyze microbiological and swab test reports equipment linen food handlers and take corrective actions Prepare and maintain foreign object and microbial reports on a timely basis Oversee site adherence to specified hygiene standards including food water and ice cube quality Verify CCP Critical Control Points and OPRP Operational Prerequisite Programs activities as per ISO norms Operational Coordination Work with the Maintenance department to ensure proper upkeep and calibration of equipment Manage pest control and extermination activities Ensure Receiving Department follows standard specifications for raw material checks Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules area frequency responsibilities Monitor expenditures and usage of cleaning supplies and chemicals Records Documentation Maintain temperature logs processing records and other QC documentation Ensure hygiene safety and quality control records are updated and audit-ready Training HR Coordination Coordinate with HR for periodic medical check-ups of food handlers Collaborate with Training and HR Managers for current employee induction and hygiene training Conduct or support training programs related to hygiene sanitation and quality standards Major Areas of Responsibility - Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards across operations Monitor and verify quality control activities CCP OPRP HACCP Oversee pest control equipment sanitation and raw material checks Ensure raw materials meet purchase specifications and HACCP norms Maintain robust documentation and reporting for audits and client requirements Drive a culture of quality hygiene and safety across all levels of staff Qualifications Skills - Graduate in Food Technology Hotel Management Microbiology or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Food Safety within hospitality hotels catering or food services industry Strong knowledge of ISO HACCP FSSAI and food safety regulations Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and maintaining audit records Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
