Location Chandigarh sector 17C Company Sindhi Sweets since 1976 About Us Sindhi Sweets is a well-established brand with multiple outlets known for delivering excellence in taste and service We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Manager to manage and oversee our complete IT infrastructure software and networking systems across all outlets Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain billing inventory systems ERP databases Rancelab and ensure smooth operations across outlets Install and configure software on-site set up databases and provide training to employees Oversee server systems client systems CCTV cameras printers and networking across outlets Handle installation configuration and maintenance of Windows Servers 2003 2012 and Active Directory Services Manage networking systems LAN WAN DHCP DNS routers switches cabling Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues Design PRN reports as per company requirements Ensure regular IT audits data security and system efficiency Maintain documentation of IT systems assets and configurations Required Skills Proficiency Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferably Rancelab Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript MySQL NET basic scope WordPress and Magento Hands-on experience with Windows OS XP to Windows 10 Windows Server and MS DOS Expertise in networking server configuration troubleshooting and hardware assembly disassembly Familiarity with CCTV setup printer networking and IT asset management Positive communication and training skills for supporting employees Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook Qualifications Diploma Degree in Computer Applications IT Networking or equivalent Technical certifications in hardware networking or server management preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking management Why Join Us Opportunity to lead IT operations across a reputed brand with multiple outlets Dynamic work environment with hands-on exposure to ERP and enterprise-level networking Growth and learning opportunities in a supportive team culture SEND CV (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
