Where Data Does More Join the Snowflake team We are seeking a highly motivated financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial support for Snowflake s partner programs and investments This is a high impact role responsible for financial planning analysis reporting and insights to optimize performance across the partner programs and investments for Snowflake our customers and partners RESPONSIBILITIES Support the fiscal month-end close processes including managing accruals reconciliations and performing the variance analysis for partner programs Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs including automation of existing and new reporting on key performance metrics Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner programs incentives and investments working closely with internal and external teams as needed Review and approve the POs for partner programs and investments in accordance with established policies budgets and procedure Collaborate with cross functional teams including Finance Sales Operations IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives Document procedures workflows and best practices related to partner programs financial processes and reconciliation Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs Work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field Advanced degree or qualified certification CFA CPA is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience building and automating financial models and financial insights Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Minimum five years prior experience in Finance Sales Finance Operations Channel Finance Prior experience supporting Channel Alliances Partner organizations and or GTM investments is a plus Proficiency in MS office Suite PowerPoint Excel and G-Suite Sheets Slides Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus Snowflake is growing fast and we re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth We are looking for people who share our values challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake How do you want to make your impact For jobs located in the United States please visit the job posting on the Snowflake Careers Site for salary and benefits information careers snowflake com
