We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team The role involves creating high-quality 3D renderings walkthroughs and visual presentations to support architectural interior and construction projects The candidate should have strong visualization skills technical expertise in 3D software and an eye for design aesthetics Key Responsibilities Develop 3D models renderings and animations for architectural and interior design projects Create realistic lighting textures and material finishes to accurately represent design concepts Work closely with architects designers and project teams to understand requirements and visualize concepts Produce virtual walkthroughs and flythroughs for client presentations Ensure accuracy of scale proportion and detail in all visual outputs Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines Stay updated with the latest visualization trends tools and rendering techniques Requirements Bachelor s degree diploma in Architecture Interior Design Multimedia or related field Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer 3D Artist in architecture or interior design projects Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max V-Ray Corona Renderer SketchUp Lumion Blender AutoCAD Revit for model extraction Photoshop Illustrator for post-production Strong understanding of lighting composition and materials Ability to translate 2D drawings into photorealistic 3D visuals Good communication skills and ability to work under tight schedules Preferred Skills Knowledge of BIM tools Revit Navisworks is an added advantage Experience with VR AR visualization Creativity with a strong design sense Job Type Full time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
