Job Title Procurement Executive Location Hyderabad Department Procurement Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our HVAC team This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates The candidate will be responsible for sourcing purchasing and coordinating HVAC equipment and materials for projects While freshers will assist and learn under guidance experienced candidates will independently manage procurement processes vendor negotiations and project coordination Key Responsibilities Source and procure HVAC equipment and materials chillers AHUs VRF systems ducting piping valves etc Assist for freshers or lead for experienced vendor identification evaluation and selection Prepare manage and track purchase orders ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate procurement records vendor database and inventory reports Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to meet project deadlines Monitor supplier performance quality standards and compliance Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements for experienced candidates Learn and follow organizational procurement processes for freshers Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain Management or related field Freshers Eagerness to learn good communication and organizational skills Experienced 2-5 years of procurement experience in HVAC or construction projects Knowledge of HVAC systems components and industry standards is preferred Robust negotiation analytical and vendor management skills for experienced Proficiency in MS Office ERP or procurement software knowledge is a plus Work Environment Office-based with occasional visits to suppliers and project sites Fast-paced project-driven environment requiring coordination and timely procurement decisions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 507 09 - 32 922 58 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
