Key Responsibilities of the position Handle the complete recruitment cycle from manpower planning sourcing screening scheduling and onboarding Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn references consultants and other hiring platforms Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for sales technical and operational roles Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates Manage offer negotiations documentation and joining formalities Maintain and update recruitment trackers MIS reports and HR databases Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of recent employees Support other HR duties such as employee engagement statutory compliance payroll coordination and policy implementation as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Management MBA preferred 4-8 years of experience in recruitment preferably in construction building materials or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
