Science Engineering Data Science Math Business or related field AND 2 years experience in engineering product technical program management data analysis or product development OR equivalent experience Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft customer and or government security screening requirements are required for this role These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings Microsoft Cloud Background Check This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire transfer and every two years thereafter Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology IT Data Science Business Analytics Business Finance Mathematics or related field AND 5 years experience in change management project management customer engagement sales business engagement relationship management analytics or customer feedback and intelligence program management OR Master s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology IT Data Science Business Analytics Business Finance Mathematics or related field AND 3 years experience in consulting change management project management customer engagement sales business engagement relationship management analytics or customer feedback and intelligence program management Agile Methodology or Scrum certifications or experience Responsibilities Partner with engineering and solution managers to define product features translate them into engineering requirements and maintain a explicit and prioritized backlog Lead the day-to-day execution rhythm including sprint planning backlog grooming stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives ensuring alignment on goals and delivery outcomes Manage schedules dependencies and release plans proactively surfacing risks and driving mitigation across teams Define track and report on key product metrics OKRs KPIs to measure adoption performance and business impact of AI solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements gather feedback and align on trade-offs that balance business priorities with technical feasibility Drive release readiness and rollout activities to ensure smooth deployment and effective adoption of AI capabilities Identify patterns and trends in product quality performance and usage using insights to guide continuous improvement Model accountability
