We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities developing client relationships and promoting our freight forwarding services Air Sea and Land to meet and exceed sales targets Fluency in English Hindi and any other foreign language would be highly preferred Experience in Sales and good command over English is required for handling the requirement Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting Identify and target new clients through cold calling networking referrals and market research Business Development Identify and target new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding Air Sea Road Customs Clearance and Warehousing Sales Presentations Present and promote logistics services transportation warehousing distribution last-mile delivery etc to clients Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions Client Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their logistics needs Sales Activities Conduct sales visits cold calls and client meetings to generate leads and close deals Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients Quotation Negotiation Prepare competitive pricing proposals and negotiate contracts to finalize deals Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Collaboration Coordinate closely with operations customer service and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Coordination Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations Market Intelligence Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer behaviour to identify new business strategies Reporting Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Work Location In person
