About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to join our procurement team This role will support purchasing operations vendor coordination and inventory management to ensure smooth supply chain processes The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of procurement or supply chain functions and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing evaluating and managing suppliers and vendors Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies or delays Maintain and update purchase records reports and price list Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and forecast requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for quality and costeffectiveness Assist in negotiating prices terms and conditions with suppliers under supervision Collaborate with internal departments Accounts Operations and Production to meet purchasing needs Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field preferred 0 6 to 1 year of experience in purchasing or related functions Freshers with internship experience may also apply Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Ability to work independently with attention to detail Good time management and organizational skills For more information contact 91-(phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
