Role Overview - We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions The ideal candidate should have an IT background solid understanding of technical requirements and proven ability to source screen and close candidates within deadlines Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing screening shortlisting scheduling and onboarding Understand and analyze job descriptions shared by hiring managers Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media references and networking Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients hiring managers Negotiate salary manage offer rollouts and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers MIS Requirements - Bachelor s degree in IT HR or a related field Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an IT Recruiter Strong understanding of IT skills technologies and job roles Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office job portals and recruitment tools Job Type Full-time Pay 250 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person
