Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements analyzing processes and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams You will play a key role in ensuring that technical implementations align with business goals Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams Create user stories use cases process flow diagrams and wireframes to support project development Liaise with developers testers and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle SDLC Conduct feasibility analysis and impact assessments of proposed solutions Support User Acceptance Testing UAT by preparing test cases and coordinating testing activities Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues by working closely with technical teams Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and transparency Document business processes identify gaps and recommend process improvements Maintain clear and concise documentation including reports and presentations for stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration with IT focus or a related field 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a technical or IT environment Solid understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies Proficiency in requirement gathering analysis and documentation techniques Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence SQL and wireframing prototyping software Basic knowledge of databases APIs and system integration concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or Agile Scrum Master Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Exposure to automated testing tools and techniques
