We are hiring experienced Weaving Technicians at middle and senior management levels AGM GM VP to oversee operations of Airjet loom weaving plants The candidate should be well-versed in handling a wide range of cellulosic cotton and blended fabrics ensuring optimal production efficiency quality standards and team management Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise end-to-end weaving operations on Airjet looms Toyota Picanol Tsudakoma etc Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations with optimal machine efficiency Handle production planning workforce allocation shift management and machine scheduling Troubleshoot technical issues related to loom settings warp weft breaks fabric defects etc Optimize fabric quality and minimize rejections through continuous process improvements Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance Implement lean manufacturing practices and achieve production targets within timelines Monitor KPI metrics loom efficiency fabric yield quality standards and cost reduction Train and develop junior technical staff and operators Work closely with QA design planning and marketing departments Required Skills Robust technical knowledge in weaving with Airjet looms Expertise in working with cellulosic fibers cotton and cotton blends Hands-on experience in loom settings production efficiency and fabric quality control Knowledge of modern weaving technology automation and textile ERP systems Leadership capabilities to handle large teams and multi-shift operations Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills Preferred Background Candidates from large-scale woven fabric manufacturing units Exposure to export-quality fabric production is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 331 441 15 - 1 427 061 15 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
