About us - TSPL is a leading OEM T1 supplier dedicated to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions across various industries including Agriculture Automotive Sheet Metal Fabrication CNC Machining and other Industrial Applications We are serving esteemed clients such as CLASS JOHN DEERE TATA STEEL and many more we are trusted partner in the manufacturing sector we implement strict quality control measures throughout our production processes to ensure that every component we produce meets the highest standards of performance and durability Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements You will play a key role in designing implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards Perform regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes testing and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze data and product related quality and report findings to management including trends issues and recommendations for improvement Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities in products or processes Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish quality benchmarks and testing protocols for new products Assist in the development of training programs for employees on quality standards methodologies and best practices Participate in the development and maintenance of a risk management framework for product quality Stay updated on industry trends regulations and advances in quality engineering practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Quality Assurance or a related field Solid knowledge of quality standards e g ISO 9001 KAIZEN etc and quality assurance methodologies Proficiency in quality tools such as statistical process control SPC root cause analysis RCA and failure mode effects analysis FMEA Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with documentation and quality management systems QMS Excellence in MS Excel and Advance Excel Experience-5-15 year Salary-30K to 45K Interested candidates apply only Nearby Dera Bassi prefers Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
