Job Title Junior IT Administrator - Bioanalytical Lab Support Experience 2-3 Years Job Summary The Junior IT Administrator will assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure and systems used in regulated bioanalytical operations within a GLP GxP-compliant CRO laboratory This role involves daily user support troubleshooting and basic system administration related to lab instruments LIMS and networked IT systems Key Responsibilities User System Support Provide first-level IT support for lab users on desktops applications and hardware Troubleshoot issues with instrument PCs printers and lab software e g LIMS Lab Solution Analyst software Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff Lab IT Environment Support Monitor basic functionality and connectivity of lab instruments and data storage systems Follow SOPs for logins data handling and backups within the lab Compliance Documentation Ensure all actions are performed in alignment with GLP GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements Maintain logs for user access incident tracking and changes made in lab IT systems Support documentation related to IT operations validations and data integrity Data Backup Handling Assist in routine data backup checks for instrument systems and file servers Ensure raw data is stored securely and retrievably as per regulatory requirements Collaboration Work closely with scientific staff and QA to support operational continuity Coordinate with vendors or senior IT personnel for software updates troubleshooting or hardware maintenance Key Skills Competencies Basic knowledge of Windows OS networking and file permissions Familiarity with lab environments or willingness to learn regulated operations Good communication teamwork and troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and ability to follow compliance processes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 684 44 - 32 072 22 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
