Job Title Accounts Executive Location Viman Nagar Pune Experience Required Minimum 3 Years Education M Com Mandatory We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting principles compliances and GST The ideal candidate should have experience in reconciliations vendor communication and handling day-to-day accounting activities Key Responsibilities Ensure proper accounting entries and compliance with statutory requirements including GST TDS and other tax-related matters Manage communication with 3rd parties vendors and stakeholders to resolve queries on time Perform reconciliations bank vendor ledger etc on a regular basis Prepare and maintain GST returns records and ensure timely filing Maintain accurate financial records and support internal external audits Assist in preparation of MIS reports and other accounting-related documentation Requirements Education M Com Master of Commerce - mandatory Experience Minimum 3 years in accounting and finance roles Good understanding of Accounting Standards GST Compliances Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial record keeping Excellent communication and query resolution skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Location Viman Nagar Pune Work from Office Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 32 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund
