Job Title Technical Purchase Executive Department Technical Purchase Location Sector-37D Gurgaon Reporting To Accounts Finance Head Industry Electrical Panel Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically competent Technical Purchase Executive to manage procurement of electrical components and materials required for panel manufacturing The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing electrical items evaluating suppliers negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and cost-efficiency Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for electrical components switchgear busbars cables enclosures meters relays etc Prepare and issue purchase orders based on project BOMs and production requirements Read and understand technical specifications and panel drawings to ensure correct material procurement Compare and analyze quotations from suppliers and negotiate for best price quality and delivery terms Maintain minimum inventory levels track stock availability and plan procurement schedules Ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to delays quality or discrepancies Coordinate with design production and quality departments to understand technical requirements Keep updated with market trends and price fluctuations in electrical products Maintain proper records of purchases invoices and supplier performance Required Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant field 2-5 years of experience in technical purchase procurement in electrical panel or switchgear industry Good understanding of electrical components specifications and standards IS IEC Proficient in MS Office ERP or procurement management software Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills Experience working with reputed brands ABB Schneider Siemens L T etc Knowledge of customs GST and logistics will be an added advantage Familiarity with BOM MTO and vendor development processes z Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Provident Fund
