NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us If you want to be part of an inclusive adaptable and forward-thinking organization apply now We are currently seeking a CMDB DC Service Now to join our team in Bangalore Karn taka IN-KA India IN Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Fulfillment Knowledge Management Architect and implement CMDB with proper CI class models discovery dependency mapping and integrations Utilize infrastructure knowledge to optimize Discovery configurations and troubleshooting connectivity issues Demonstrate expert-level understanding of infrastructure components and security measures including servers networks storage firewalls virtualization technologies and cloud environments Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper access and permissions for Discovery firewall permissions Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on CMDB initiatives Understanding ServiceNow Discovery and credential management Understanding Service portfolio management and mapping on ServiceNow Experience in setting up ITSM to ensure CMDB data supports efficient service delivery related to infrastructure Define and document CMDB data models ownership and governance processes Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure monitoring discovery tools and third-party platforms e g SCCM SolarWinds AWS Azure Establish and enforce best practices for ITIL-based processes and CMDB hygiene Develop and execute test plans user training and change management strategies Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to ServiceNow platform Collaborate with IT security and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of ITSM and CMDB Proven experience in greenfield or large-scale ServiceNow implementations Deep understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow Strong hands-on skills in configuring ServiceNow modules and workflows Experience with CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and CI lifecycle management Familiarity with integrations using REST SOAP APIs MID Servers and data imports Strong analytical documentation and project management skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA -
