Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Scribe to assist physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time The scribe will ensure accurate timely and comprehensive medical records allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care Key Responsibilities Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record EHR under physician supervision Record patient history physical exam findings lab results procedures and treatment plans Organize and manage medical documents including diagnostic reports and discharge instructions Review and edit notes for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies in documentation Keep track of physician preferences and workflows to improve efficiency Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences Nursing or a related medical field preferred Good understanding of medical terminology anatomy and physiology Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute with high accuracy Familiarity with EHR systems like EPIC Cerner or similar is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Willingness to work in shifts especially for remote US-based clients Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a medical scribe transcriptionist or in clinical documentation Certification as a Medical Scribe Specialist is a plus Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding is beneficial Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
