Department Originations Job posted on Sep 23 2025 Employee Type Full Time Experience range Years 2 years - 10 years About UsModer formerly known as Archwell Operations is a part of Archwell Holdings founded in 2017 We are a tech forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US Mortgage Insurance and Banking industries We specialize in end-to-end component-based outsourcing managing one-off projects to become an extension of the customer service or operations team Our team is built on industry expertise and provides the traction clients need to grow their company Equipped with diverse tools platforms solutions and services we strive to work towards our mission to positively impact the financial health of companies by powering in-house processes using top talent workflow best practices and progressive technology Link - https www gomoder com about-moderJob Roles and Responsibilities Pre-Purchase review experience needed Reviewing all documentation submitted by the borrower including income statements asset statements tax returns and identification documents o oVerifying the accuracy and completeness of each document according to lending guidelines and regulatory requirements o oFollowing up with the borrower or relevant third parties to obtain any missing or additional documentation necessary to complete the loan file o oCommunicating with loan officers underwriters and borrowers to address questions discrepancies or issues related to documentation Answering or making calls to borrowers employers Responding efficiently and accurately to employers and client Obtain the information and document it in a client system Meet TAT and Quality matrix Handle escalations investigate and eliminate root causes and handle reporting requests to support decision making Support Managers in critical decisions making in the process which can be valuable in improving efficiency or quality Lead by Example Ensure working environment is stable and people feel motivated to participate and involved Qualifications Experience Educational qualifications and years of experience required in any specific domain skill for the role Basic Degree completion 15 years of education Excellent written and oral communications skills Completed minimum of 6 Months in US Mortgage Voice Process Positive exposure to MS office Excel Not on performance improvement plan Counselling in last 6 months Should be willing to work in nightshift
