FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE MOSTLY PREFERABLE We are actively seeking a qualified candidate who possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills along with a robust background in curriculum development admissions retention and competitive strategies The ideal candidate will be adept at efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the centre while providing effective leadership to the team Skills Communication Skills Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with staff clients and stakeholders effectively Leadership Provide strategic direction and effective leadership to the centre team ensuring alignment with organizational goals Problem Solving Address challenges promptly and implement effective solutions to ensure the center s success Roles and Responsibilities 1 To make all arrangements to make sure the centre is safe and secure for the Children 2 Handling all the walk-in enquiries Along with numerous telephonic amp mail enquiries 3 Effectively communicating with the parents giving them thorough information about the centre the methodology facilities fee structure a comparative study of different Preschools to convince the parents about the vision and ideology of the school followed by a tour and thereby helping the parent in making a correct decision for their child 4 Replying to emails Phone calls for admissions Follow-up emails and any other mail for correspondence on an enquiry 5 Working in Coordination with the Parent Engagement Team for the marketing activities i e indoor amp outdoor such as Exhibitions orientationsPresentations etc or any other activity planned with due approvals 6 Participation in the exhibitions 7 Complaints and Grievances of the Existing parents and Liaising with the Senior or any other departments to resolve their issues 8 effective participation and helping out in arrangements for any cultural and sports events in the centre of the staff etc 9 Liaising with Corporates to get more admissions for the centre 10 To make sure the centre looks always attractive with proper creatives and hangouts To work for the development of the curriculum along with the team 11 To work along with the teachers to make sure that the implementation of the curriculum is well in flow 12 Team Building Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and skilled growth 13 To manage the teachers and the support staff of the centre from all administrative side 14 To make sure all rules and regulations of the organization are well in place and necessary action is taken once if it is overruled Any other responsibility entrusted by the Management Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in handling a Pre - school Do you have ability convert walk In parents into admissions and do you have the ability to bring more admissions to the school Can you generate revenue for the preschool Do you have good corporate network to bring admissions to Pre-school Can you manage the teachers and the support staff of the center from all administrative side Can you solve the grievances or complains from parents and Liaising with the senior or any other departments to resolve their issues Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 4 years Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
