Responsibilities - Manage project budget monitor expenses and prepare periodic cost reports Conduct a thorough assessment of project requirements and specifications Prepare detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation Coordinate and collaborate with architects contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and environmental standards Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress quality and safety standards Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders Collaborate with the project team to address design modifications value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings contracts change orders and progress reports Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review progress address concerns and provide updates to management Requirements - Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles building codes and regulations Ability to interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications Sound understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices Qualification - BE BTech Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Work Location In person
