We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to oversee and manage our Human Resources operations The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives ensuring smooth HR functions and supporting organizational growth Key Responsibilities Robust Admin knowledge Lead the HR team - oversee day-to-day HR operations Labour workers controlling skills o Oversee employee relations worker s attendance shift management and maintenance of workforce records o Ensure workplace ethics behavioral standards workers conduct discipline and adherence to rules regularly Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Manage payroll ESI EPF and other benefits and HR systems efficiently Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience 5 years in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws HR compliance and best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience 5 years in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws HR compliance and best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
