Job Summary The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential candidates clients providing information about services and generating leads for the company This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to build relationships and meet recruitment business targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates clients to explain services and opportunities Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain and update candidate client databases Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication Achieve daily weekly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the recruitment HR team to schedule interviews and meetings Qualifications Minimum 2 Graduate any stream Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales preferred Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
