The Gemology Faculty will be responsible for teaching training and mentoring students in gemology covering theoretical foundations and practical applications The role includes designing and delivering engaging lessons guiding hands-on laboratory sessions preparing course materials evaluating student performance and contributing to curriculum development aligned with industry standards Key Responsibilities Teaching Training Deliver lectures demonstrations and lab sessions on gem identification grading treatments synthetic stones and gem testing instruments Train students in practical skills such as gem handling microscope usage and advanced identification techniques Integrate case studies and real-world industry practices into classroom sessions Curriculum Assessment Contribute to designing and updating syllabi in line with industry requirements Prepare lesson plans presentations study materials and lab manuals Assess student performance through assignments tests and practical examinations Industry Engagement Stay updated with the latest gemological research technologies and trends Facilitate guest lectures industrial visits and industry tie-ups to enhance student exposure Academic Support Guide students in research projects exhibitions and gemology-related events Provide academic counseling and mentoring support Maintain proper records of academic performance and lab inventories Job Type Full time Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
