Stores Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing inventory overseeing storage and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods This role requires efficient coordination between procurement production and logistics to maintain seamless supply Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels Receive inspect and store incoming materials as per company standards Issue materials to production as per requirements and maintain proper documentation Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Ensure proper labeling storage and organization of materials Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for stock replenishment Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment Oversee packing and dispatch of goods as per customer and company requirements Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth deliveries Maintain records of dispatched shipments including invoices delivery challans and transport documents Monitor stock availability for dispatch and address any shortages Interested candidate can send their resume at hr jaywoodindustry com Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
