enabling every voice to be heard and every perspective to be respected No matter where or how our teammates work we are committed to positively shaping people s careers and being thoughtful about employee wellbeing With us you can create and contribute to what matters most in your career community country and world Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace Position Summary We are seeking a Senior SAP Release Manager with expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes and ensuring seamless delivery of SAP releases The candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the release management process establishing governance and ensuring timely high-quality releases in alignment with business and IT objectives This role will be based out of Bengaluru India Position Responsibilities Release Planning Calendar Create publish and maintain the annual SAP release calendar ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT roadmaps Coordinate release windows and cycles across SAP modules and integrated applications Release Execution Coordination Plan schedule and manage SAP release activities including major minor and emergency releases Work closely with project teams development testing and infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to timelines Act as the central point of control for all SAP transport and release-related activities Governance Compliance Ensure release management processes align with SOX ITIL and audit requirements Implement controls to ensure proper sequencing and transport handling Post-Release KPIs Conduct post-release reviews and postmortems identifying lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities Define track and report release KPIs success rate defect leakage rollback frequency adherence to timelines Stakeholder Management Engage with business stakeholders SAP CoE and project managers to align release activities with business timelines Provide clear communication and transparency of release plans risks and impacts The employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Basic Qualifications Required Skills Experience Minimum of 12 years experience in SAP Release Change Delivery Management Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of SAP landscapes transport management CTS CTS and SolMan tools Process Knowledge Solid grounding in ITIL release change management practices Preferred Qualifications Desired Skills Experience Leadership Proven ability to lead cross-functional release teams and manage high-pressure release cycles Soft Skills Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience with Agile DevOps in SAP Cloud platforms Azure AWS S 4HANA BASIS Typical Education Experience Education experience typically acquired through advanced education e g Bachelor and typically 13 Plus years related work experience or master s degree with 12 years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience Relocation This position does offer relocation within INDIA Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct 13 2025 Export Control Requirements This is not an Export Control position Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility Visa Sponsorship Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Shift Shift 1 -
