Key Responsibilities Supervise daily plant operations including batching mixing and dispatch of concrete Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets Ensure all processes follow safety and quality standards Monitor staff performance organize training and assign work as required Coordinate maintenance and servicing of equipment with the maintenance team Maintain accurate records of production inventory and plant activities to ensure effective operations Troubleshoot and resolve production or process issues to minimize downtime Communicate effectively with delivery teams site supervisors and management for smooth operations Manage manpower including daily work allocation supervision and team motivation Prepare and generate challans delivery slips using computer software as part of dispatch and record-keeping processes Ensure efficient use of human and digital resources to achieve production and dispatch targets Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum qualification 12th pass Higher Secondary 2 years of experience in concrete production RMC plant supervision or a similar manufacturing role Basic computer skills including MS Excel MS Word and email usage Ability to manage plant records and reports using computer software Experience with inventory management or batching software is an added advantage Knowledge of RMC production processes and batching plant operations Strong leadership organizational and people management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures Typical Duties Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily weekly reports Ensure raw materials are available for scheduled production Liaise with the quality control team to maintain product standards Enforce plant rules related to safety cleanliness and operational discipline Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
