Job Summary ANNADA is a social enterprise of PLANET group aimed at catalyzing Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger through innovative food solutions community engagements sustainable partnerships and technology integrations Our approach is to serve the right food at the right time in the right form with the right nutrients in places with limited infrastructure difficult locations We give POWER to DONORS through the use of technology for Every rupee Reconciliation We implement innovative food solutions to provide safe and nutritious meals - even in the remotest of locations We train and engage with local communities to create sustainable impact We empower our donors and partners with technology-based reconciliations and impact assessments Responsibilities and Duties Generate leads identifying the right decision makers and create business prospects across all stages of sales cycle in various assigned industries Active leads scouting with cold-calling and various channels with an assigned targets based approach and setting up meetings with key prospects in the assigned territory Identify strategic funding needs in two channels mainly Corporate Partnerships and Institutional funding and create sales opportunities Understand business CSR requirements from clients and convert them into scalable proposals The Associate profile is to generate appointments for on-field business development managers The desired candidate will be systematic organized a proven closer and or door opener of sales in any sector with a flair for creatively communicating our work proposition to the prospective client Manage cross-functional teams towards specific donor proposals or outreach work which will involve leveraging resources from across teams to be able to deliver a high quality deliverable per client objectives Targeted sales approach with business development objectives and success within the designated territory Working together with the Program - Lead teams for raising long term regular funds through Corporate Institutional Partnerships Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on sales acquisition strategy Target driven mindset is a must have Exposure to strategy CSR and private foundations would be a definite advantage Passion for the development sector and the communities social cause we serve is a must Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and a high energy professional Preferred candidates to have 1-4 years of relevant B2B sales experience in corporate sales NGO Social sector industry exposure preferred but not a must Robust business presentation and networking skills with senior management Enable culture of learning and work independently on complex projects if required Targets and results orientation approach with a strong sense of ownership of goals Ability to work well within a team structure with proven contribution to team goals and objectives to be met Must be a go-getter and a problem solver with a can-do attitude Self-starter with ability to multi-task prioritize self-assignments manage workload and consistently deliver results Job Types Full-time Part-time Internship Fresher Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Application Question s Total Years of Work Experience Do you have prior experience in CSR fundraising partnerships or B2B sales Please describe one or two successful fundraising or partnership projects you managed Have you prepared funding proposals donor reports or impact presentations before How do you usually identify and approach potential CSR partners Work Location In person
